Waterproofing

A very large portion of Lamphier & Company’s employee training is waterproofing-related. Since Lamphier & Company is a state certified General and Roofing contractor, we understand the construction of buildings and how they were, or were not designed to shed water. In many cases, because of how buildings were “actually” constructed, we are able to offer waterproofing retrofits to stop water intrusion.
