Our experience has shown that 99% of water intrusion is caused by the improper installation of building materials. However, it’s rarely the building material that leaks – it is the sealants between the building materials. Product selection and joint geometry are critical. This is a true skill that all of Lamphier employees have acquired and are proficient at.
